Ballot booth priorities in today’s primary:
1) Voting for the two candidates named “Omar” on the DFL ballot. Omar don’t scare.
2) Did a candidate have an endorsement from Jacob Frey? Be sure to *not* vote for this person. Frey thinks the “D” in DFL stands for “developer.”
So tonight it’s channel flipping between checking primary results on the Al Jazeera Network (a guy can hope) and watching the Twins game on Fox 9. Another form of civic duty, perhaps.
