Finnish For Beginners

A note to those who work the broadcasts of NHL games:

"Teemu" is not pronounced tee-moo. It's tay-moo.

"Mikko" is not pronounced meek-oh. It's mick-oh.

And in Finnish the accent always comes on the first syllable. Always.
